Why does ie9 not support css3

Since you guys everytime support crypto-pseudo-codes specialy for IE,4,5,6,7,8 end even version 9, they bind your mind to this old technology or slow support from microsoft. Which means, They hold the market because you let them! Its made by YOU who every time try to workaround errors and non standards in IE who makes it possible to stay at this market for microsoft. I get really fed up of everyone bashing Internet Explorer and lauding all the other browsers. Guess what?
