Extremely long working works typically around 60 hours per week. Every month you are forced to work on one weekend which is neither compensated nor provided with complementary holiday. They try to down skill you in your field which causes insecurity in the job and you would be helpless and resent change. Lot of politics, if you work sincerely expect to lot of work.

Also here senior manager also needs to code Micro management is followed to a next level. You need to fill timesheets specifying what bug you have worked and how much time it took for it.
